Service to Humanity through the medium of institution dealing with welfare of unfortunate children with “Intellectual Disability” Contribution in the Field:  Founded  PAMENCAP in 1987, actively participated in starting a  Special  School by  SCCL under Integrated Educational Programme for these  unfortunate  children of God at Godavarikhani  in 1989, and started Manochaitanya  VTC  for  Mentally Retarded and Sheltered Workshop in 1999.  Construction of hostel during April 2006 starting of “SAMARTH” Project from 01.05.2006 Background for rendering service in the field related to “Intellectual Disability”

Due to variety of circumstances, assumed pivotal role in the field,  On graduation, joined  SCCL  as  clerk,  spouse  was  Graduate and a Teacher also in  SCCL, endowed with Engineer-Son  Working  as   RF-Manager  in  T-Mobile  USA  and  a  daughter 26 years age and  unfortunately  of  “Intellectual Disability”.  Thus while God has blessed with one hand, he also ordained him to serve the less   fortunate with   total   heart and soul.   Instead of carrying  a    “Let Down Feeling”,   considered   the   harsh   facts,  and  solemnly  decided to   strongly  intervene  for  establishing  and  operating  service  institutes,  with  co-operation of social  organizations  like Government, People, NGOs etc. is happy to proudly announce that the mission is a steady but sure accomplishment, thanks to one and all in the society.

Organisations being dealt with

PAMENCAP with 180 members was founded in 1987 and functioning as its president. Actively  participating  since  1989  in the functioning of special school (Meant for  children  with  Intellectual Disability)  started  by  SCCL, that  imparts  education in 4 stages and in  starting a VTC called Manochaitanya in 1999. For all these, totally grateful to SCCL, the employer organization for its support for this social cause though “Charity shall begin at Home”, the movement is being extended to neighboring places within the district, basically in the form of “Transfer of Expertise”. God willing prepared to extend soothing hand to other districts in the state and in the country.

Management Structure:

In the present times of Corporate Governance, appropriate management structure to run an organisation is a sina-quo-non.  Towards this a mixture of pyramidal and slim organisation structure is adopted, which is giving required results.

Aknowledgements

Organizations like SCCL, Ministry of Social Justice, Govt. of India, Govt. of A.P, National Trust, PARIVAAR India, NIMH Secunderabad,  Give India, Lions Club of Karimnagar, NRI’S and other philanthropic people of Society who are always forefront in this humanitarian endeavor for which there are no appropriate words to put in.

Conclusion

I am willing to serve the Mentally Challenged, Autism, cerebral palsy, mentally retarded and multiple challenged till the end of my life by not switching/shifting over to other activities like political/commercial works/projects in keeping my promise to Honorable The then President of India Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Jee on 29/09/2005 at his office in Rashtrapathi Bhavan, New Delhi.
